Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems for commercial and residential clients. You will test equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards. The role emphasizes customer interaction, technical support, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

Must have valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
Must be at least 18 years old and pass driving record check to operate company vehicle.
Must safely operate a commercial vehicle daily for ~8–10 hours.
Must pass criminal background and drug screenings as required.

Responsibilities

Install and service products at commercial and residential locations.
Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
Provide technical support to customers during and after installations.
Train customers on use and maintenance of installed systems.
Maintain accurate installation and troubleshooting records.
