Job summary

Hall’s Culligan Water is hiring a Service Technician to install, service, and repair water treatment systems in homes and businesses. You’ll work with water softeners and drinking water systems, performing diagnostics and maintenance while educating customers on proper usage.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for training, certifications, and advancement within a trusted national provider.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical/plumbing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, basic math proficiency, and excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, remove, and perform routine preventative maintenance on water treatment equipment.
• Run diagnostic tests on residential and commercial units, identify malfunctions, and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on water quality and system usage; recommend service or upgrade options.
• Safely operate company vehicles, complete service orders, manage truck inventory and related paperwork.
