Job summary

Hall’s Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair water treatment systems at customers’ homes and businesses. You’ll work with water softeners, drinking water systems, and solutions for challenging water conditions.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and customer education. You will also handle administrative duties and safety tasks while benefiting from training and growth within a trusted company.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical/plumbing experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn on an ongoing basis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and math proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation, upgrade, removal, and routine maintenance of water treatment equipment.
• Run diagnostics on residential/commercial units and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on water quality and proper system usage; suggest upgrades.
• Safely operate company vehicles, process orders, manage inventory, and follow safety rules.
