Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems for commercial and residential customers. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to explain installation processes to clients.

Travel to sites is required, with adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. You will document work, engage in customer communication, and support ongoing training to stay current with equipment and best practices.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systems.
• Comfortable explaining installation processes to customers and answering questions.
• Willingness to travel, work in varied environments, and follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Provide basic technical guidance to customers during and after installations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps, including pictures.
