Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking a Water Treatment Specialist to support the sales team in growing business for top accounts. You will drive basket and product selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing while joining colleagues on customer visits and coordinating proposals.

The role emphasizes technical support, RFQ responses, and building a strong pipeline within the water treatment product portfolio. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience in previous roles.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record.
• Employment is contingent upon background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in developing business for top accounts and execute value-based pricing.
• Attend customer visits, prepare proposals, coordinate negotiations, and respond to RFQs.
• Qualify and progress sales opportunities, working with LMSO or end users to close deals.
• Provide technical support and budget estimates to key clients in the territory.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, building a robust opportunity pipeline.
