Job summary

The Vincit Group is seeking a Service Technician to service a broad client base in Texas. You will inspect water systems, perform tests, prepare estimates, and provide recommendations to control substances in water.

You will contact customers to explain results and suggest appropriate chemical treatments to meet quality goals. Preferred candidates have 1–3 years in chemical, sanitation, or related fields, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus, social and interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective communication.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of chemical processes are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems (softeners, filtration, RO).
• Perform water quality testing and diagnostics to identify issues.
• Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and best practices.
• Explain test results and advise on chemical additives based on analyses.
• Maintain customer records using automated systems.
• Inspect and monitor chemical changes in water systems using test kits and manuals.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
