Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems at commercial and residential locations. The role requires troubleshooting, SOP adherence, and strong mechanical aptitude to ensure high-quality Culligan service.

Travel between customer sites is common; the job emphasizes safety, physical ability, and effective communication with customers while building lasting relationships and providing on-going support and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in plumbing.
• 2 years' experience using hand tools.
• Preferred: 2+ years' soldering and/or welding experience.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older, and must be able to pass driving record check to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be able to safely operate a commercial vehicle daily for approx. 8–10 hours.
• Must pass criminal background and drug screening checks.
• Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of performing the duties required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Culligan products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers professionally and communicate installation processes.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed products and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps.
• Operate service vehicles safely and complete required inspections and maintenance.
