Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks a Service Area Manager to lead a field service team, oversee water-treatment projects, and ensure safety and contractual performance. You will guide technicians, coordinate with site leadership, and work with Sales, Admin, and Regeneration to satisfy customers.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, resource planning, and continuity of service across multiple accounts, with a strong safety focus and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in a technical field with relevant water treatment experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in the water industry (ion exchange, water treatment, RO or membranes) or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 employees, optimize scheduling and utilization.
• Manage small projects (Mobile Water Systems, Refurbishments) and develop estimates.
• Review engineering drawings and P&IDs; drive process improvements.
