Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for water treatment chemicals in boilers, cooling systems, and wastewater treatment, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, consultations, and follow-ups to provide technical expertise.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Work independently within a supportive team environment, owning your sales territory.
  • Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in water treatment sales, with a focus on chemicals for boilers, cooling systems, and wastewater treatment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment chemicals and systems.
  • Self-motivated, able to work remotely and independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience managing and growing customer accounts.
