Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Water Resources, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in water treatment operations or utility management.
• Chief Operator experience or equivalent leadership required.
• Experience managing budgets, regulatory compliance, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of water treatment plant operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary operations leader and point of contact for clients and regulators.
• Develop and implement SOPs, safety programs, and best practices.
• Lead the team of operations and maintenance staff and manage recruitment and performance.
• Develop budgets and monitor revenue, invoicing, and expenses.
• Support contract management and service expansion.
