Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Operations Supervisor to lead a team of seven operators and laboratory personnel. You will oversee treatment plant operations, drive safety and compliance, and develop staff to improve performance and reliability.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage data and reports, and implement improvements while coordinating maintenance activities. A Georgia Class I license or reciprocity is required, along with a valid driver’s license and extensive

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of wastewater treatment operations experience.
Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator License (or reciprocity path).
Valid driver’s license.
Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulatory requirements.
Experience supervising or leading a team.
Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, train, and mentor a team of operators and laboratory personnel.
Oversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance activities.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate operational and maintenance work to maximize performance.
Ensure compliance with permit requirements and regulations.
Manage work order system and maintenance planning.
Prepare regulatory reports and compliance documentation (DMRs).
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
Support regulatory inspections and maintain relationships with agencies.
Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
