Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Technical aptitude and comfort with hand/power tools.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and process control interfaces.
• Math and communication: basic algebra for dosing and clear SOP understanding.
• Availability for shift work, overtime, weekends/holidays, and on-call duty.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment and purification equipment and perform data logging.
• Take routine samples and manage chemical dosing and sensor calibration.
• Conduct plant rounds, identify abnormal conditions, and report non-conformances.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and safety compliance activities.
