Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Treatment Operator in Midland, TX. The role involves safely operating water treatment equipment, performing routine lab tests, and dosing chemicals to meet water quality requirements.

You will work at heights for tank checks and be responsible for daily reporting and on-site safety. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of water treatment experience, strong organizational skills, and solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• One year of water treatment experience or equivalent training.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate water treatment processes at company locations.
• Perform lab testing for H2S, ORP, pH, Turbidity, TSS, iron, residual chemicals and TPH/TOG.
• Dose chemicals based on water quality and demand.
• Load/unload equipment and transport materials safely.
• Monitor gauges and adjust controls to maintain set conditions.
• Set up and service pumps and generators on-site.
• Maintain clean work areas and complete daily reports.
