Inframark is hiring Water Treatment Plant Operators in Florida. A Florida Class C Water Operator License is required. The plant runs 24/7 with rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, at a state-of-the-art drinking water facility.

You will operate treatment processes, monitor systems, perform chemical handling and laboratory testing, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Florida Class C Water Operator License or higher is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate/Bachelor degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules.

Responsabilités

• Operate pumps, valves, motors, turbines and related equipment.
• Monitor control systems and adjust process controls to regulate water flow and treatment performance.
• Collect water samples and perform laboratory testing; maintain regulatory records.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and housekeeping to keep the plant safe and compliant.
