The role includes training staff, maintaining regulatory standards, coordinating CAPEX projects, and managing maintenance to optimize operations. Hybrid work with on-site presence in Short Hills and occasional field duties are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulated water business and related regulations.
• Familiarity with company policies, procedures and trends.
• Understanding of process and operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of front-line staff engaged in production operations.
• Schedule training to ensure operator certifications from regulating agencies.
• Coordinate construction of new/upgraded production facilities within CAPEX budget.
• Implement preventative maintenance for capital assets to save OPEX.
• Oversee security at all production facilities and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure treated water meets regulatory standards for customers.
