Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in field.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of front-line staff engaged in production operations.
• Schedule training to ensure operator certifications from regulating agencies.
• Participate in the resolution of union and/or non-union labor issues.
• Coordinate construction of new/upgraded production facilities per CAPEX budget.
• Implement preventative maintenance to save OPEX and defer CAPEX.
• Oversee security efforts at all production facilities.
• Ensure treated water meets regulatory standards and is provided to customers.
• Supervise processes to align with American Water policies and reporting.
