Job summary

Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, is seeking a Field Service Representative based in Chalmette, LA to deliver expert service for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection. You will work nights, build trusted customer relationships, and support system assurance plans across strategic district accounts.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in water treatment or industrial environments, a valid driver's license, and strong safety and data reporting discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of water treatment or industrial/mechanical experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions; no immigration sponsorship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot, dusty or noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and escalate complex challenges as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Execute routine chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories at customer accounts.
• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance plans.
