Qualifications

• 2 years of water treatment or industrial environment experience.

• Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and escalate complex challenges.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Log data, perform routine chemistry tests, and maintain product inventories at customer sites.
• Support Sales Reps with district accounts to execute customer system assurance plans.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points; escalate as needed.
