Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in field operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel up to 15%.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to work a rotating shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Able to work independently in remote locations and in a team environment.
• Able to work in inclement weather, climb structures, work at heights, and in enclosed spaces.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations are conducted safely and in accordance with TETRA Policies & Procedures.
• Supervise and oversee various jobs and Operators.
• Lead safety meetings and safety training sessions at the facility and/or job site.
• Provide general direction and work assignments to all plant operations personnel.
• Communicate, comply, and promote ES policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve technical problems within operations.
• Assist with scheduling and job planning to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure all regulatory needs are met; assist with inspections, reports and related items.
• Ensure material requirements are ordered and delivered to job sites.
• Manage operations resources (material and employees) to meet business needs.
• Make recommendations on disciplinary actions and promotions for operators on shift.
