Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 7+ years of experience, 15% travel, valid driver’s license, and ability to work rotating shifts (nights/weekends) in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee various jobs and operators on shift.
• Attend and lead safety meetings and trainings at site.
• Provide general direction and assign work to plant personnel.
• Identify, promote, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve technical problems within operations.
• Assist with scheduling and job planning to meet customer needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspections as needed.
• Manage material orders and delivery to job sites.
• Oversee operations resources (materials and staff) to meet business needs.
• Recommend actions on disciplinary matters and promotions for operators.
