Qualifications

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret operating data, trends, alarms, and abnormal process conditions.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced operating environment.
• Ability to maintain situational awareness and manage multiple active jobs simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using SCADA systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, templates, and digital reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor water treatment units continuously from the local office using SCADA and dashboards to identify abnormal conditions.
• Respond to alarms in real time, investigate causes, initiate actions, and escalate when needed.
• Review startup behavior, KPI trends, and treatment performance to ensure units operate within expected ranges.
• Communicate issues to internal stakeholders and site contacts; coordinate tote runs and changeovers.
• Implement and document approved unit setting changes and verify system response after updates.
• Identify maintenance needs and remotely assist with troubleshooting, inspections, or upgrades.
