Chart Industries, a Baker Hughes Company, seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to lead water treatment solutions in the Duluth, GA area. You will identify customer needs, present technically sound, commercially competitive solutions, and drive revenue growth across municipal and industrial markets.

The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or commercial leadership within the water treatment industry.
• Proven success achieving territory growth and sales objectives.
• Experience selling capital equipment, engineered systems, or treatment technologies in municipal/industrial water markets.
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive new business development in municipal, industrial, commercial, and private utility water markets.
• Own territory goals, bookings targets, and pipeline development objectives.
• Build and expand relationships with engineers, municipalities, utilities, EPC firms, and regulators.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline via Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting.
