Job summary
Chart Industries is seeking a Product Manager in Duluth, GA to lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of water treatment product lines. You will drive roadmaps, pricing, and profitability while engaging customers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management, engineering, process design, business development, or commercial leadership in water treatment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; MBA preferred for advanced roles.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into product development opportunities and commercial solutions.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards in water treatment.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market performance.
- Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water markets.
- Support customers on regulatory and water quality requirements.
- Partner with commercial teams to drive product awareness and revenue growth.
- Develop long-term strategic plans for assigned product lines and identify new offerings.
