Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking an entry-level Water Treatment Apprentice to join our family-owned team in the Chantilly, VA area. No prior water treatment experience is required—we provide hands-on training and access to experienced technicians to learn on the job.

As an apprentice, you will install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water systems, travel to customer sites, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Learn to work with water softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis, neutralizers, and chemical treatment systems.
• Assist with replacing filters and routine maintenance.
• Collect water samples and assist with basic water testing.
• Learn to use hand and power tools safely.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites.
