Carroll Water is seeking a Water Treatment Apprentice/Entry-Level Technician in Dover, DE. This hands-on role offers paid training and the chance to learn directly from experienced technicians as you install, service, and maintain residential and commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with the installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Learn to work with equipment including water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, neutralizers, chemical treatment systems, and related equipment.
• Assist with replacing filters and performing routine maintenance.
• Collect water samples and assist with basic water testing.
• Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites in a clean and organized condition.
• Travel to customer homes and job sites throughout the service area.
• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Participate in weekend/on-call rotations as required.
• Learn and utilize company technology and job documentation systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
