Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a motivated Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice to join our team. This hands-on position offers training in the water treatment industry while working with experienced technicians in residential and commercial environments.

You will learn on the job, work both independently and with a team, and have opportunities to advance into a Water Treatment Specialist or Water Treatment Technician role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and organizational skills.
• Customer service skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation, service and maintenance of water treatment equipment.
• Safely lift, carry, load and unload equipment and materials.
• Replace filters, collect water samples and clean/maintain equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Travel to customer locations in Baltimore surrounding areas.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Assist with loading company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
