Job summary

Tower Water seeks a qualified professional to manage accounts across the New York City metropolitan area. You will train with certified staff, schedule service visits, and coordinate with building personnel and contractors to resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities include ordering materials, generating service reports, and ensuring timely communication with management. Some travel and in-person meetings in New Jersey are required.

Qualifications

• Association degree-Technical or equivalent required.
• 7G pesticide license or equivalent required.
• Experience with water treatment service preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Strong organization, confidentiality and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
• Schedule service visits and allocate work priorities.
• Evaluate and schedule service for Fortune 500 Accounts.
• Interface with building personnel, contractors and PMs to resolve concerns.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Ensure materials/equipment are ordered and shipped for clients.
• Generate reports on services, inventory and concerns; review with management.
• Attend quarterly in-person staff meetings in New Jersey.
