Tower Water is seeking a Water Treatment Service Technician to support clients across Central and South New Jersey. You will ensure water systems are properly serviced, protected, and performing at their best, acting as the primary contact for customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of direct water treatment experience, technical training, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years direct water treatment experience in a similar role.
• 7G license or pesticide applicator license equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude; able to learn to use and maintain equipment.
• Associate degree-Technical (minimum); Environmental or HVAC-related focus preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including late hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train with a certified professional.
• Schedule and prioritize service work.
• Evaluate and schedule service for Fortune 500 accounts.
• Interface with building personnel, contractors, and project managers.
• Be the primary customer contact and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Ensure material and equipment are ordered and shipped.
• Schedule visits to minimize downtime of water treatment programs.
• Generate service and inventory reports and review with management.
• Obtain and maintain required training and certifications.
