Tower Water in New York City is seeking a professional to manage accounts in the NYC Metropolitan Area and deliver expert water treatment service. You will train with certified staff, schedule priorities, and be the primary customer contact to resolve issues and maintain strong relations.

The role requires licensing, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel within the city. Compensation includes benefits, 401K, PTO, and growth opportunities through ongoing certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 7G license or pesticide applicators licenses equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude; able to learn to use, maintain, and understand equipment and system.
• Physical ability to carry a 30-pound backpack through the city and climb ladders with PPE.
• Decision making ability.
• Associate degree-Technical (minimum); Environmental or HVAC-related preferred.
• Water Treatment Service Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Aufgaben

• Manage accounts in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
• Training with a certified professional and scheduling work.
• Evaluating and scheduling service for Fortune 500 Accounts.
• Interfacing with building personnel, general contractors and project managers to resolve concerns.
• Be the key contact for the customer and provide water treatment expertise.
• Ensure material and equipment are ordered and shipped for clients.
• Schedule service visits and monitor water treatment program efficiency.
• Generate reports on services, inventory, and concerns; review with management.
• Attend quarterly in-person staff meetings in New Jersey.
• Obtain and maintain required training and certifications related to water treatment.
