Job summary

Tower Water seeks a dedicated Water Treatment Service Technician to support clients across Central and South New Jersey. You will ensure water systems are properly serviced, protected, and performing at their best, becoming the trusted point of contact for customers.

You will work independently, manage your schedule, and build strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service and maintaining compliance with training and certifications.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years direct water treatment experience in a similar role.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 7G license or pesticide applicator licenses equivalent.
• Flexible work hours, including late hours and weekends, but most work during business hours.
• Associate degree-Technical (minimum); Environmental or HVAC-related are highly preferred.
• Water Treatment Service Experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, able to maintain and keep information confidential.
• Ability to cover region from Central to South New Jersey.
• Ability to use technology including Microsoft Office, smartphone apps, e-training, and other work-related software.

Responsibilities

• Train with a certified professional and learn established service protocols.
• Schedule work priorities and manage service for Fortune 500 Accounts.
• Interface with building personnel, general contractors, and project managers to address concerns.
• Be the primary customer contact and resolve issues to satisfaction while providing water treatment expertise.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and shipped for clients.
• Schedule service visits to minimize downtime of water treatment programs.
• Monitor efficiency and quality control of water treatment programs.
• Generate and review service reports, inventory, and concerns with management.
• Obtain and maintain required training and certifications related to water treatment service.
