LVI Associates is seeking a Technology & Innovation Consultant to help utility clients improve operational performance through technology. The role blends IT, OT, cybersecurity, software, data, and utility operations with strong technical depth in at least one discipline.

You’ll work remotely with up to 50% travel to client sites, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to modernise infrastructure and optimise operations for water and wastewater utilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience applying technology to improve operational performance.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with utility clients to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities to improve performance through technology.
• Assess IT and OT environments and develop recommendations around cybersecurity, reliability, system integration, and long-term support.
• Support technology planning, cybersecurity assessments, policy development, and technology implementation.
• Develop or integrate digital tools, applications, and data workflows that improve access to information and streamline operational processes.
• Identify opportunities for AI and data analytics with emphasis on data security and business value.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations, roadmaps, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure solutions align with operational requirements.
• Contribute to project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical adviser.
