Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Andover, MA, is seeking a Technical Instructor/Instructional Designer to develop and deliver hands-on training across Watts product lines and plumbing systems. You will design curricula for instructor-led, Lunch & Learns, and e-Learning, collaborating with product engineering, support, sales, and marketing to source accurate information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, education, or equivalent experience (e.g., Military School Instructor certification).
10+ years of directly relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 6 years of experience as a technical instructor, course developer, or instructional designer in a construction, mechanical engineering, plumbing, or industrial product environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct hands-on and virtual instructor-led training on Watts product lines and plumbing system solutions for various audiences.
Design and develop new training curricula and revise content for instructor-led, Lunch & Learns, and e-Learning.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to identify training gaps and deliver solutions that improve knowledge and satisfaction.
