Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems at customer sites across the region. The role requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a focus on safety.

You will travel to residential and commercial locations, test equipment, explain installation steps to customers, and follow SOPs. Competitive hourly pay, 401k after intro period, and PTO eligible.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Age 18+ and able to pass background and drug screenings.
• Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle ~8–10 hours daily.
• Physically capable of performing duties, including lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort working in indoor/outdoor environments and varying home conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Provide professional, courteous customer interactions.
• Train customers on use and maintenance of systems.
• Maintain installation records with photos.
