Job summary

Hall’s Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems for residential and commercial customers. You’ll test, troubleshoot, and follow SOPs to ensure high-quality Culligan service.

The role requires at least 2 years of plumbing experience, proficiency with hand and mechanical tools, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Travel to customer sites and work in varied spaces is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing.
• Must be proficient with hand tools and mechanical tools.
• Soldering and/or welding experience is preferred.
• Experience in the water treatment industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers professionally and explain installation processes.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps.
• Operate service vehicles safely and perform required inspections.
• Adhere to safety policies and drive requirements.
