Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Service Technician in Chantilly, VA. You will diagnose water quality issues, repair and install water treatment systems, and educate customers on proper system use. Training is provided and a clear path to a stable, well-paying career exists within the Culligan team.

You’ll join a supportive company with flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior plumbing or mechanical experience is welcomed but not required, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work oriented
• Mechanically inclined and handy
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs
• Mechanical or plumbing skills preferred but not required
• No college degree needed

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment
• Install new water treatment systems
• Educate customers on system use and care
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career
• Use plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work
