BENTELER Automotive Corporation is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead development and execution of procedures for water systems, PMs, LOTO, and continuous improvement efforts. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and team leadership in a manufacturing setting.

The candidate will coordinate repairs via SAP, ensure proper reporting, and drive a culture of professionalism while partnering with management, Supervisors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in maintenance activities.
• Experience with water systems, pumps, HMI, pneumatics, hydraulics is a plus.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of work procedures, PMs and LOTO.
• Participate in 5S and Lean programs in water systems.
• Ensure preventative maintenance measures are followed in water systems.
• Manage team to maintain utilities for equipment efficiency.
• Foster professionalism and a safe work culture.
• Coordinate repairs using SAP and other tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
