Job summary

BENTELER Group is seeking a Maintenance professional for our plant in the United States. This permanent/full-time role focuses on developing work procedures, conducting preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs with SAP support.

Key duties include safety advocacy, 5S/Lean participation, and root cause analysis, with weekly and yearly outage planning. A strong mechanical and hydraulic background is essential, along with LOTO experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required.
• AA/AS or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Technical degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of work procedures, PM’s and LOTO.
• Participate in plant 5S and Lean manufacturing programs as well as any and all continuous improvement activities.
• Practice “Root Cause Analysis” to determine solutions to problematic process issues.
• Be an active safety advocate.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Coordinate effective repairs and maintenance on equipment utilizing SAP.
• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Assign daily maintenance activities.
• Provide hands on assistance as needed for maintenance personnel, contractors, and Mechanical Specialists.
• Provide necessary training and support to maintenance personnel.
• Plan and coordinate weekly and yearly outages.
