Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Water Marshal to manage water-related processes, safety, and systems during hyperscale data center construction.

You will lead water isolation, distribution, permits, drainage, and treatment to meet regulatory standards and project specifications. This role requires 4–6 years in water management on large projects, a 100% travel commitment, and a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in civil/environmental/water resources.
• Professional certifications preferred (CWO, OSHA 30, SWPPP).
• Experience with water systems in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce water isolation and control procedures for construction and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate water distribution systems, monitor flow and pressure per design specs.
• Review and track water-related permits (discharge, usage, treatment).
• Manage site drainage and stormwater to prevent flooding and erosion.
• Ensure water safety compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Oversee on-site water treatment systems and commissioning involvement.
• Coordinate with GC, commissioning teams, and environmental safety teams.
• Oversee hydrostatic testing, flushing, and leak detection.
