Job summary

Western Reserve Pure Water in Cleveland is seeking a Field Service Technician to support water treatment needs, perform sanitation and testing, and install service products for commercial and residential clients.

Training is provided, with a company van and ongoing development toward broader technician responsibilities. Typical schedule is 40 hours/week with flexible start times and some weekend work; strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality, including unusual start times.
• Attention to detail and consistent adherence to procedures.
• Strong communication and accurate, timely documentation.
• Willingness to learn and grow into broader technical service work.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• 18+ years of age and able to pass background checks for insurability.

Responsibilities

• Perform water system disinfection and sanitization.
• Conduct water testing and record results.
• Complete service notes and paperwork clearly.
• Travel throughout Cleveland, Akron, and Canton; learn additional skills.
• Install and service products at commercial and residential sites.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment; follow SOPs and safety protocols.
