• Operate the control center phone system.
• Transmit messages and orders between units in the field.

Skills

Good knowledge of City departments operations

Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergencies

Ability to transmit messages with good diction

Education

Associate degree in Electronic Media Communications, Computer Science or a closely related field
