Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• CDL A or B must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility upkeep: mowing, trimming, landscaping, painting, janitorial duties.
• Loads, unloads, carries tools, equipment, and materials for projects.
• Operates small equipment: air compressor, hand/power tools.
• Maintains records for grounds and building maintenance.
• Assists in construction activities: forms, concrete, fences, plants.
• Cleans up tools and job site after completion.
• Assists maintenance personnel on mechanical/electrical repairs or installations.
• Performs tasks safely and as assigned.
• Other duties as learned and assigned.
