Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and model safe behavior.
• Perform supervisory duties for all assigned personnel.
• Maintain a station maintenance program meeting quality standards.
• Oversee cash collection procedures and related processes.
• Assist with marketing programs including signage and decals.
• Ensure market revenue within budgets for maintenance and controllable costs.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and appearance.
• Conduct routine service and maintenance on company vehicles.
• Oversee vehicle organization and cleanliness.
• Maintain communication for service issues or emergencies.
• Lead technical operations within the market.
• Serve as SME for resolving high-level technical issues at stations.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify training opportunities.
• Communicate successes, opportunities, and concerns to improve market performance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by market employees.
• Support District/Regional Managers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
