Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory duties for all assigned personnel.
• Maintain a station maintenance program meeting quality standards.
• Oversee cash collection procedures per company guidelines.
• Assist with marketing by replacing signage and banners.
• Manage market revenue within budgets for maintenance and controllable expenses.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and appearance.
• Complete routine vehicle service and maintenance.
• Oversee vehicle organization and cleanliness.
• Lead technical operations within the market and resolve technical issues.
• Respond evenings and weekends as needed.
• Evaluate employee performance and training opportunities.
• Communicate successes, improvements, and sales trends to improve market performance.
