Watermill Express is seeking a Senior Technician in Houston to perform hands-on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on water-only and water-ice refill stations. You will act as a subject matter expert within the market to ensure operational standards are met, working independently with a strong customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical/maintenance education or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
• Maintain signage on stations and keep calls to a minimum.
• Keep all stations operational and professional in appearance.
• Lead maintenance to meet inspection standards.
• Repair water-only and water-ice refill stations as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and training to market staff.
• Maintain vehicle stocked with inventory parts per company standards.
• Drive safely and be available for overtime including some weekends/evenings.
