Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Materials Handler to keep production lines supplied and moving in Conroe, TX, with the Water Spider role ensuring materials and components reach the line on time.

You will transport materials, replenish lines, and coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and quality teams to maintain safety and accuracy. Forklift experience and basic ERP skills are required; great benefits and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Experience handling steel/heavy materials desirable.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory transactions.

Mansioni

• Deliver raw materials and components to production as scheduled.
• Remove finished goods, scrap, and excess materials from production areas.
• Replenish production lines to prevent downtime.
• Transport materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, or other equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to supervisors.
• Scan, record, and track material movement using barcode scanners and ERP.
• Maintain organization of inventory and 5S on the floor.
• Inspect material handling equipment and report safety issues.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Follow safety procedures and production policies.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, shipping, and QA to ensure flow.
• Support continuous improvement of material flow.
