Job summary

BEGA North America is seeking a Water Spider for its California and Colorado Production Facilities to ensure the seamless flow of materials. You will support warehouse and production operations by delivering the right materials at the right time, removing bottlenecks and enabling workers to focus on value-added tasks.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; lean training a plus.
• 1–3 years in warehouse, logistics, or production environments preferred.
• Understanding of material flow, inventory management, and lean principles.
• Experience with Kanban, JIT replenishment, and warehouse management systems.
• Strong ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines receive materials just in time to prevent stoppages.
• Ensure kits are complete when delivered to the assembly cell.
• Stage materials at point of use and replenish as necessary.
• Replenish materials and optimize layout for efficient retrieval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate material needs and adjust workflows.
• Implement and refine lean practices for consistent replenishment.
• Maintain safety protocols and 5S principles in the workplace.
• Track material movement accurately in ERP/WMS.
