Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Water Spider for the 1st shift to keep production lines continuously supplied by delivering components and materials to designated workstations. The role supports a lean, organized manufacturing environment and collaborates closely with Team Leads, Supervisors, and the Materials team to prevent line stoppages.

You will monitor inventory, pick and stage parts, and perform material handling tasks while adhering to PPE and safety requirements. Epicor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret pick lists, work orders, part numbers, and labels.
• Experience in material handling or manufacturing preferred.
• Able to use ERP systems, Epicor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep production lines supplied by delivering components to assigned workstations on a set route and schedule.
• Monitor point-of-use inventory, kanban bins, and supermarket locations to replenish before shortages occur.
• Pick, stage, and kit parts according to work orders, pick lists, and build schedules.
• Remove finished goods, empty containers, scrap, and packaging from work areas to keep operators focused on value-added work.
• Communicate material shortages, damaged parts, and discrepancies promptly to Team Leads, Supervisors, and the Materials team.
• Accurately complete material transactions in Epicor, including issues, moves, and cycle count support, to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (once certified) to move materials throughout the facility.
• Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement efforts by maintaining organized, labeled, and clean material locations and suggesting route or process improvements.
• Assist operators with basic non-production tasks as needed to keep the line moving.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
