ALIGN PRECISION in Horsham, PA, seeks a proactive Shop Floor Material Coordinator / Water Spider to keep machinists focused on production by managing material flow and coordinating external services. Training is available for ERP familiarity and lean Kanban practices.

You will act as the shop floor heartbeat,expediting parts, organizing WIP, and supporting Kanban implementation in a lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be highly energetic and proactive.
• Strong communication with machinists and office staff.
• Comfortable learning new software and using tablets.

Responsabilités

• Move materials to machining workstations to keep production flowing.
• Coordinate OSV paperwork and logistics for heat treating, plating and anodizing.
• Maintain Kanban replenishment and lean shop floor practices.
• Use Epicor ERP to track material status and data entry.
