ALIGN PRECISION in Horsham, PA seeks a proactive Shop Floor Material Coordinator / Water Spider to keep machinists focused on production by managing material flow, staging, and external vendor coordination. You will support Kanban replenishment, track parts in Epicor ERP, and partner with Production Control and Operations to minimize downtime and drive lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High energy, proactive problem-solver with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with machinists and supervisors.
• Computer-literate; comfortable with ERP/MRP software and tablets.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; forklift certification required or willingness to certify.

Responsabilités

• Transport materials to machining workstations ahead of schedule.
• Ensure documentation, routers, and quality packets accompany staged jobs.
• Move parts through routing steps and maintain clean WIP areas.
• Coordinate with Outside Service Vendors (OSV) for heat treating, plating, and anodizing.
• Use Epicor ERP to track jobs and check material status.
• Communicate schedule updates between Production Control and Operations vs constraints.
