Trystar Inc is seeking a Water Spider on the 1st shift in Faribault, MN. The role ensures operators have the right materials, at the right time, to keep production flowing and to prevent line stoppages.

You will work closely with Team Leads, Supervisors, and the Materials team in a Lean environment to stage, kit, and move materials efficiently. Responsibilities include replenishing at point-of-use, selecting parts per work orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy in Epicor.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists, work orders, part numbers, and labels.
• Basic computer skills; experience with an ERP system (Epicor preferred).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must read, write, and comprehend English.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Keep production lines supplied by delivering components to workstations on a set route and schedule.
• Monitor inventory and replenish before shortages occur.
• Pick, stage, and kit parts according to work orders and schedules.
• Remove finished goods and waste to keep the line moving.
• Communicate shortages or discrepancies to the team promptly.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certified or willing to certify).
• Support Lean/5S by keeping material locations organized and labeled.
